Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily factory store operations and maintain proper material flow.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications, and documents.
- Check materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and location of all materials.
- Issue materials to Assembly, Purchase, and other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain GRN, Stock Register, Material Issue/Receipt Records, and other store documents.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and inform Purchase/Management about shortages.
- Coordinate with Purchase, QC, Accounts, and Suppliers for material-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling and prevention of material damage, loss, or misplacement.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards inside the store.
- Track rejected, excess, damaged, and returned materials.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required by management.




- Support stock Management and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure all store activities follow company policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Factory Store Management and Inventory Control.
- Knowledge of GRN, Material Issue, Stock Register, and Stock Reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management Software / Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of material identification and storage practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a factory/manufacturing store.
- Experience in engineering/manufacturing or packaging machinery industry will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,998.98 per month
