Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store activities including material receipt, inspection, storage, issue and stock control.

- Receive raw materials, electrical components and consumables against purchase orders/challans and verify quantity, specifications and documentation.

- Maintain accurate GRN/MRN, material inward, material outward, stock registers and inventory records.

- Issue materials to production/assembly teams as per approved material requisition, BOM or production requirement.

- Maintain proper bin/location identification and ensure systematic storage of electrical and mechanical materials.

- Update inventory transactions in SAP and maintain supporting records/documentation.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly stock reports using MS Excel.

- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments for material requirements.

- Conduct physical stock verification/cycle counting and investigate shortages, excesses or discrepancies.

- Handle materials such as switchgear components, electrical accessories, copper/aluminium items, cables, busbars, hardware, enclosures, consumables and other panel-manufacturing items.

- Ensure proper identification, preservation, safety and housekeeping of materials in the store.

- Maintain FIFO/appropriate material handling practices wherever applicable and ensure non-moving/slow-moving stock is reported.

- Coordinate with production for urgent material requirements and ensure timely material availability.





- Support internal/external audits and maintain required store documentation.

- Follow company procedures related to safety, 5S, material traceability and inventory control.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- MS Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, filters, sorting, stock reconciliation, MIS and basic reporting.

- SAP: Basic/working knowledge of inventory, material receipt, material issue, stock transfer and related store transactions.

- Material Management: GRN/MRN, material issue, stock ledger, bin management, physical verification and reconciliation.

- Electrical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical panels, LT/HT switchgear and commonly used panel components/materials.

- Documentation: Purchase order, delivery challan, material requisition, inspection/quality documents and inventory records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Supply Chain or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in stores/material management, preferably in electrical panel, switchgear, electrical manufacturing or engineering industry.

- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

- Strong attention to detail, inventory discipline and ability to work with production deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
