Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive materials from suppliers and check quantity and condition.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
- Update stock details in ERP/system.
- Issue materials to production as per requirement.
- Maintain GRN, issue slips and other stores documents.
- Conduct regular stock checking and report shortages.
- Keep the stores area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality teams.
- Ensure protected handling and storage of materials.
- Support stock audits and physical verification.
- Handle packing and dispatch activities when required.
- Follow company safety and stores procedures.
