In depth knowledge of Veritas Netbackup Understanding the daem on flow. The challenges of Enterprise netbackup setting.

Installation and configuration of Master/Media and clients. Installation and configuration of Database agents. Customization of RMAN scripts ( Preferred) Working with Netbackup GUI - The Command Line interface.

Netbackup Operations

Manager and the reporting tools. Configuration of Volume Pools, Storage Units, Policies, Tape drives and Robot. Media management. Performing catalogue backups and restores. Troubleshooting the backup issues by analyzing the netbackup logs.
