STEMROBO designs complete solutions—including content, software, and hardware—delivered through scalable classroom and cloud-based Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Role Description The Stem Innovation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Punjab, India. This role involves designing and developing STEM-Robotics learning modules, including electronic hardware prototypes, software components, and classroom projects aligned with STEMROBO’s methodology. The person in this position will work closely with educators and product teams to translate curriculum requirements into hands-on projects, experiments, and creative teaching tools.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting research and development, testing and refining STEM kits and learning content,



documenting processes and best practices, and supporting pilot implementations in partner schools. The role may also involve training teachers on the use of STEMROBO products, gathering feedback from classrooms, and collaborating on continuous improvement of educational solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong innovation management skills, including the ability to drive ideation, prototype development, and implementation of new STEM learning solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess educational needs, evaluate technical feasibility, and interpret data from pilots and classroom deployments.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, interacting with educators, and presenting technical concepts in accessible language.
- Experience in research and development (R&D;) focused on electronics, robotics, or educational technology, including hands-on experimentation and testing.
- Solid project management capabilities to plan, execute, and deliver STEM initiatives on schedule, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Educational background in Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degrees or certifications in STEM education are an advantage.
- Practical experience with microcontrollers, sensors, basic programming (e.g., Arduino, Python, block-based coding), and integrating hardware with educational content.
