Role Description The State Head role is a full-time, in office position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The State

Head will oversee state-level business operations, including developing and executing growth strategies, managing key channel partners, and ensuring effective implementation of company policies. This role involves leading and mentoring regional teams, tracking sales performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to partners and customers.

Head will collaborate with senior leadership on market expansion plans, monitor competition and market trends,



and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Regular field visits, stakeholder meetings, and performance reviews will be integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing regional or state-level operations.
- Proven ability in business development, channel partner management, and relationship building within software, fintech, or retail sectors.
- Sound knowledge of sales planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and manage stakeholders across diverse locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in software solutions, EMI/consumer finance, or retail technology is preferred.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and standard office productivity software.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-responsibility roles
