Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced State Head – Rural Mobility Finance to drive business growth across Maharashtra in the Farm Equipment, Commercial Vehicle (CV), and Tractor financing segments. The role will be responsible for portfolio growth, network expansion, profitability, and team management across the state.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and portfolio growth in Tractor, Farm Equipment, and CV finance segments.
- Develop and manage dealer, OEM, and channel partner relationships.
- Lead and mentor regional sales and credit teams to achieve business targets.
- Ensure portfolio quality, collections performance, and risk management.




- Identify new rural markets and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor competition, market trends, and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in NBFC, Vehicle Finance, Rural Finance, or Tractor Finance.
- Strong understanding of rural lending, farm equipment finance, and commercial vehicle finance.
- Proven experience in handling state-level business and large teams.
- Solid dealer/OEM network across Maharashtra.
- Candidate should be based in Pune and willing to travel extensively across the state.
