Role Objective:

Lead and scale the Banking Correspondent (BC) network across the state with full accountability for business growth, portfolio quality, regulatory compliance, operational governance, partner management, and state-level profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & KIOSK/Customer Service Point Expansion

- Identify high-potential districts and locations for business expansion within the state.
- Assess customer base potential and product suitability in current and existing geographies.
- Drive geographic expansion through the identification and establishment of new KIOSK/Customer Service Points.
- Ensure business growth and product diversification in line with the approved business plan.
- Analyze productivity and efficiency gaps across areas and branches and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with partners and customers across the state.
- Own and drive the State P&L.;

1. Portfolio & Risk Management

- Ensure the team undertakes preventive and corrective measures to maintain a high-quality portfolio.
- Enforce adherence to company policies related to operations, HR, administration, training, and risk processes.
- Support RM/BH in formulating strategies for portfolio quality and risk mitigation in the state.

1. Monitoring, Governance & Quality Control

- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and operational procedures across the region.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor on-ground activities and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
- Review Branch/Bank MIS data to ensure accuracy, performance tracking,



and reporting discipline.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations at the regional level.

1. Team Management & Capability Building

- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to branch staff and KIOSK operators.
- Deliver structured performance feedback to improve team productivity.
- Resolve operational and internal conflicts at Branch/RBO level.
- Build team capability and a strong second line of leadership.

1. Ensure team is taking preventive and curative measures in the region to maintain high quality portfolio
2. Ensures rules and norms of the company related to HR, Admin, training are adhered strictly in pursuit of the risk management and defined process
3. Assisting the RM/BH in formulating the strategies regarding portfolio and risk management in the region

Monitoring and Quality Control

1. Ensures rules and norms of the company are adhered strictly in pursuit of business growth in the region
2. Visits field to observe field activities to ensure these processes are followed in compliance of the operational policy and procedure in the region.
3. Review Branch /Bank MIS data to ensure accuracy.
4. Closing the audit actions in the Regional level.

Team Management

1. Provide guidance and training to the existing staff and KIOSK
2. Provide feedback to the staff to improve performance
3. Resolve internal conflicts at Branch level/RBO Level
