About The Opportunity We are a rapid-scaling, impact-driven startup ecosystem builder operating across India, focused on empowering early-stage founders with strategic mentorship, operational frameworks, and investor-readiness tools. Role & Responsibilities Guide 5–8 early-stage startup founders per cohort through product-market fit, GTM strategy, and unit economics refinement using structured sprints and OKR-based milestones.

Run bi-weekly 1:1s and group workshops focused on founder mindset, pitch refinement, investor storytelling, and scaling pitfalls.

Co-create “Founder Playbooks” with our internal team—documenting battle-tested frameworks, metrics, and red-flag signals for SaaS, D2C, and deep tech ventures.

Facilitate founder intros to angels, VCs, and strategic partners from our curated network of 200+ investors and operators.





Track founder progress via KPI dashboards (growth velocity, burn rate, CAC/LTV) and adapt mentoring approach based on data-backed insights.

Represent unfilterstory at startup events, pitch days, and founder summits to amplify our brand and identify high-potential talent.
