We are looking for dedicated Staff Nurses to provide exceptional, personalized care to our residents in a warm, community-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Resident Wellness: Monitor and record vital signs, manage chronic conditions, and assess daily health needs.
- Medication Management: Safely administer, track, and manage prescriptions and treatments as advised by physicians.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact for medical emergencies and coordinate swift medical interventions or hospital transfers when needed.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with visiting doctors, physiotherapists, and nutritionists to maintain comprehensive care plans.
- Compassionate Companionship: Build robust relationships with residents and provide emotional support to them and their families.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:



B.Sc in Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven nursing experience (Prior experience in geriatric care, home nursing, or critical care is highly preferred).
- Registration: Must be registered with the State Nursing Council.
- Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a deeply empathetic, patient-centric attitude.
- Language: Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
