Position: Business Development Executive – IT Staff Augmentation

Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in IT Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and IT staffing services, along with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth, primarily in the US and UK markets. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation

Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and other prospecting tools 2) Client Acquisition & Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the US and UK

Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions 3) Requirement Understanding & Closure:

Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams

Ensure timely submission and closure of positions 4) Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets

Expand the client base in international markets 5) Coordination & Reporting:

Track leads, submissions, and closures
