Role Description The Sr. Architect – Commercial Real Estate will lead the architectural design and planning of commercial projects, ensuring that concepts are translated into practical, compliant, and buildable designs. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Chennai Area involves coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to drive projects from initial feasibility studies through detailed design and execution.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and design documents; conducting site visits and inspections; ensuring adherence to building codes, local regulations, and sustainability standards; and resolving design and construction issues in collaboration with project stakeholders. The Sr.



Architect will also contribute to project scheduling and budgeting, participate in client meetings, and help maintain design quality and consistency across all commercial developments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in commercial real estate projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and oversight of multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural workflows, such as BIM tools, CAD platforms, or design collaboration systems.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and local approval processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
- Experience with sustainable design practices, green building standards, and modern commercial building technologies is beneficial.

Salary-30K to 80K ( Depends on the Exp )
