We are seeking a talented Workday Extend Developer to join our growing engineering team and help build scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Workday Extend and Built on Workday technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Workday Extend .
- Build and enhance Built on Workday applications following Workday development standards.
- Collaborate with solution architects and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop reusable components and clean, maintainable code.
- Integrate Workday with internal and external systems using APIs and Workday integration technologies.
- Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical planning.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support production deployments.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions and continuous platform improvements.




- Stay current with new Workday features, Extend capabilities, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 7-10 years of Workday technical development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend .
- Experience developing Built on Workday applications.
- Strong understanding of Workday APIs and integration concepts.
- Experience with Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and EIBs.
- Knowledge of Workday security framework.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering Workday Marketplace or Workday-approved applications.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or other functional modules.
- Experience with Prism Analytics.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience working directly with product management and solution architecture teams.
- Workday certifications are a plus.
