We’re hiring a Sr Web Developer for our client (Code Name:CORE) - CORE delivers innovative procurement and financial process solutions to help organizations optimize operations and drive business value.

As a key member of the CORE team, you will own the end-to-end development and delivery of scalable software solutions that support critical business processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership over product quality and performance. You will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure that deliverables align with CORE’s high standards for innovation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of WordPress-based company websites.

● Build and maintain custom WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and integrations.

● Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, scalable, and aligned with brand standards.

● Develop and maintain landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead capture.

● Partner with marketing, digital, and demand generation teams to create web experiences that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

● Integrate websites with CRM, marketing automation,



and lead management platforms.

● Implement and optimize lead capture mechanisms, forms, CTAs, and conversion workflows.

● Own website analytics implementation, tracking, and measurement strategies, including GA4 and GTM.

● Analyze website metrics and user engagement data to identify optimization opportunities.

● Write clean, scalable, maintainable code and ensure adherence to SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices.

Required Skills

● Advanced expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and performance optimization.

● Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

● Experience partnering with marketing and demand generation teams to support lead generation and conversion objectives.

● Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM integrations, and marketing automation systems.

● Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution reporting.

● Experience developing and optimizing marketing websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused web experiences.

● Working knowledge of technical SEO, accessibility standards, and website performance optimization.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for recommendations.





● Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

● Experience supporting B2B lead generation programs.

● Experience integrating websites with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.

● Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user behavior analysis tools.

● Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.

● Experience with heat mapping, session recording, and website personalization tools.

● Experience building executive dashboards and marketing performance reporting.

● Knowledge of modern web hosting, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-based deployment environments.

● Relevant Marketing Tech Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce)
