About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience across our enterprise SaaS products and other digital solutions.

This role is for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through thoughtful design. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to improve existing products, design new features, simplify workflows, and ensure every interaction is intuitive, consistent, and user-centric.

We're looking for a designer who thinks beyond individual screens, someone who understands products, questions assumptions, and continuously looks for opportunities to improve the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design process from research and user flows to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff.
- Design intuitive workflows, dashboards, forms, and interfaces for enterprise SaaS products and other web-based applications.
- Review existing products and identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and overall user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished interface designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design standards across products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and implemented accurately.
- Conduct design reviews and implementation QA to ensure design quality is maintained throughout development.
- Research user behaviour, competitor products, emerging design patterns, and industry trends to continuously improve the product experience.




- Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate research, ideation, documentation, and design workflows.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has a strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing enterprise SaaS products and other digital applications.
- Possesses excellent proficiency in Figma, design systems, prototyping, Auto Layout, and component-based design.
- Understands UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Can simplify complex business workflows into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Has exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and consistency.
- Thinks from both the user's and the business's perspective when making design decisions.
- Communicates ideas clearly and collaborates effectively with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Is proactive, curious, and continuously researches better approaches, tools, and design practices.
- Takes ownership of design quality and is committed to delivering polished, production-ready experiences.

Preferred

- Experience designing enterprise SaaS products, workflow-driven platforms, dashboards, or business applications.
- Experience working closely with development teams and validating designs before release.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and modern design tools.
- Understanding of usability testing, user research, and data-informed design decisions

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
