Job Summary

Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect responsible for end‑to‑end platform architecture, solution governance, enterprise integrations, and technical leadership across large-scale, multi‑module implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Define overall ServiceNow architecture, solution design and technical roadmap

Establish and enforce platform governance, design standards and best practices

Lead multi‑module enterprise implementations, migrations and upgrades

Perform architectural reviews, risk analysis, and performance optimisation

Design enterprise‑grade integrations, system landscapes and data flows

Act as final technical escalation point for complex issues

Engage with senior stakeholders, lead solution workshops and pre‑sales technical discussions

Skill Requirements

Proven experience across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM/ITBM, SecOps, ESM, Service Portal / Employee Center

Architecture & Platform Skills





Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, CSDM and enterprise patterns

Expertise in integration architecture using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, iPaaS

Experience in upgrade strategy, instance strategy, data migration and scalability planning

Strong understanding of ITIL, enterprise architecture principles and Agile delivery

Other Requirements

Mandatory: Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Mandatory: Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Mandatory: Minimum 4 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

ITIL Certification – Preferred
