We are seeking skilled Component certifying staff with relevant experience to join our team.

The Avionics Certifying

Engineer will be responsible for Testing, Repair & Overhaul of the components in our workshop. This role requires a strong understanding of avionics, Electrical & Electronics engineering principles, Testing, Fault finding, its rectification and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams & the customers. The Avionics certifying Engineer will play a crucial role in certifying the Components & releasing it for use in the aircraft while meeting the Quality, Safety & regulatory requirements of highest grade.

Key Responsibilities Avionics System Installation

- Perform Repair, Testing & overhaul job including its certification for release within the defined timeline.
- Masterfully deal with customers against repair - opportunities & complaints.
- Expand & pursue current capabilities for the shop.
- Ensure repair activity is in full compliance with CAR-145, Part-145 & MOE requirements & quality standards are met.
- Pro-actively advise the superior for the Quality, Certification issues, if any.
- Ensure paper & digital recordkeeping of all the tasks performed /handled.
- Responsible for ensuring closure of work order on daily basis on completion of job.
- Ensure highest Customer satisfaction is achieved & customer feedback obtained.




- Take ownership of Workshop activities & business including timely demand of Spares etc.
- Meet customers for repair requirements.
- Increase revenue share of the shop related to repair to meet business requirements.

Collaboration and Communication

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Finance, Procurement & Logistics team.
- Masterfully work with customers.

Important Qualification & Certification Requirements

- Academically Electronic Diploma/ AME, BEMC- Avionics Holder & must have cleared (Old System) Paper -1, Paper-2, Paper -3 (EIR) or (New System) Module-3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11,13,14.
- Minimum 02 years of current experience on components (Category- C3, C5 C6, C15) as Technician with DGCA approved 145 organization.
- Minimum 06 months of current experience on component (Category- C3, C5 C6,C15) as certifying staff with DGCA approved 145 organization.
- Must have current valid training for the components (Category- C3, C5 C6,C15) as Technician/certifying staff.
- Any Avionics certifications is a plus.
- Technically sound with deep understanding of Avionics repair.
- Must have successfully repaired electronic equipment for the last 02 years.
