Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing high-quality technical talent, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and permanent positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and vendor partnerships.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent across various technologies.
- Negotiate rates, compensation, and joining timelines with candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain recruitment reports, ATS records, and hiring metrics.
- Support vendor management and contract staffing operations when required.





Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with IT services, staffing, or consulting organizations.
- Exposure to US staffing or global recruitment markets is an added advantage.
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters and driving recruitment initiatives.

- Position closure rate and time-to-fill.
- Quality of candidate submissions. (Per day target)
- Interview-to-offer and offer-to-join ratios.
- Stakeholder and candidate satisfaction.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
