Field Sales Executive – Paint Division

We are looking for energetic and driven professional to join our Paint Division as Field Sales

Executives. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with promoters, build strong market relationships, and grow alongside an ambitious and quick-expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand dealer and distributor network across assigned territories
- Visit paint, hardware, and building material dealers regularly to generate business opportunities
- Identify and develop relationships with contractors, painters, fabricators, builders, and project influencers
- Conduct site visits for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Promote B&H; Paints product range and explain product applications and advantages
- Generate enquiries, close orders, and coordinate with internal teams for timely supply
- Maintain strong follow-up with existing and prospective customers
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing,



and market trends in the assigned territory
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to reporting manager

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in paints, hardware, construction materials, or related industries
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork
- Basic understanding of the local market and dealer network
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
- Candidates from Chandigarh Tricity, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Derabassi, Lalru,

and nearby areas preferred

Work Details

- Full-time field sales role
- Monday to Saturday
- Daily market visits across assigned territories
