Akkodis is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. We operate a complex Salesforce ecosystem spanning multiple clouds to manage our entire customer lifecycle, from initial marketing engagement to sales, service, and field operations. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and integrated solutions across our enterprise platform.

Role Overview The ideal candidate will be a technical expert responsible for all types of standard Salesforce development and customization, with deep hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Marketing Cloud .

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into efficient technical solutions, ensuring system reliability, optimal performance, and seamless integrations. Strong debugging and support capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Development & Customization: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
- Multi-Cloud Implementation:
- Sales & Service Cloud: Develop solutions for lead-to-opportunity, case management,



Omni-Channel routing, entitlements, and service console workflows.
- Revenue Cloud: Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ and Billing processes to support end-to-end revenue management and complex pricing structures.
- Field Service Lightning (FSL): Implement and customize FSL functionality, including work orders, service appointments, work types, and the FSL mobile app to optimize field operations.
- Marketing Cloud: Design and implement marketing automation solutions and personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), API scripting and Automation Studio.
- Integration: Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, websites, third-party applications) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Support & Debugging: Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot and debug complex production issues like on apex trigger and FLOWS , and perform performance optimization to ensure system stability and an optimal user experience.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and create comprehensive technical documentation.




- Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines, including managing testing frameworks and achieving high code coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6-8 years of demonstrable experience in Salesforce application design and development.
- Proficiency in the Salesforce developer toolkit: Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Hands-on experience implementing and customizing solutions in at least four of the five specified clouds: Sales, Service, Revenue, Field Service Lightning, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Expert problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within an Agile development methodology environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) and/or Platform Developer II (PDII).
- Relevant domain-specific certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, FSL Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant).
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes (e.g., Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
