- Product Line Expansion:

o Drive the launch and integration of recent product lines into the our portfolio with a focus on market needs. o Develop go-to-market strategies to enhance visibility and market penetration.
- Product Expertise and Knowledge Sharing:

o Gain expertise on new and existing products, including applications, raw materials, and competitive benefits. o Conduct training sessions to equip sales teams and clients with product knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management:

o Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. o Address technical inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure consistent follow-ups for client satisfaction.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

o Perform market analysis to identify trends, growth areas, and competitive positioning. o Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
- Team Leadership and Development:

o Lead and mentor the sales team, promoting skill growth and teamwork. o Drive team performance to achieve strategic goals and maintain high standards of productivity.
- Sales Strategy and Business Development:

Mandatory

6+ years experience—ideally with product management or technical sales experience in specialty chemicals sector for personal care division

Robust technical knowledge of formulation and application aspects related to Personal Care sector

Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in Personal Care/ Specialty Chemicals with a proven track record in product management, technical sales, or business leadership

Job Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days

Timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Qualification: BSC/Btech in Chemicals/Chemistry

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
