About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Architect – Sales & Design Manager with 3+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, modular kitchens, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing design solutions, managing the sales process, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and space constraints.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Develop 2D layouts, 3D designs, and design concepts for kitchens and interior spaces.
- Present design concepts, material options, finishes, and product specifications to clients.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultation to quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Generate new business through architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, referrals, and direct clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with the design, production, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up regularly with clients and ensure timely closure of projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities,



materials, finishes, and new design concepts.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with client budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales pipeline.
- Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Architecture, Interior Design, and Space Planning.
- Good understanding of Modular Kitchen design and materials.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convert design consultations into sales.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, or other design tools.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Qualification Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
