Key Responsibilities:

Required in OSD formulation, Tab, Capsule, Liquid Pharma Review and statistical analysis of STPs, specifications, and protocols

Evaluate laboratory documentation and batch records

Author and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per cGMP norms

Maintain qualification documents (IQ, OQ, PQ) for lab instruments and systems

Address lab incidents, Out-of-Specification (OOS), and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations

Conduct change control, deviation handling, and CAPA implementation

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
