Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to join our automation and controls team. The candidate will be responsible for the development, programming, testing, and support of PLC|HMI|SCADA based control systems for industrial automation projects. You will work closely with engineering, teams to ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, etc.) for current and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and debug PLC code to resolve equipment and process issues.
- Integrate and program HMIs and SCADA systems.
- Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD/PID/TIC programming
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems,



instrumentation, and electrical design.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.;
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and propose effective automation solutions.
- Support commissioning, testing, and on-site startup of automated systems.
- Provide training and technical support to maintenance and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Willingness to travel for onsite commissioning and support.

Qualifications:

- Associate's or Bachelors degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, E&TC; Engineering, Automation, or related field.

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years and above of relevant experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
