About the Role

RSA Tech is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sr. OPT & EAD Recruiter – US IT Staffing to join our growing US staffing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit OPT EAD, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, and Green Card candidates for US IT requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT consultants and recent graduates.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job boards, qualified networks, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates.
- Review resumes and conducts initial screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, work authorization, and job suitability.
- Understand candidate profiles, career goals, availability, location preferences, and work authorization status.
- Maintain regular communication and build strong, long-term relationships with candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle.
- Work closely with Sales, Bench Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting teams to identify suitable placement opportunities.




- Submit qualified candidates to relevant IT requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in internal databases/ATS.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, offers, and joining.
- Track candidate activity, submissions, interviews, and placements against assigned targets.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, hiring requirements, and common employment authorization categories.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / OPT-CPT Recruiting / EAD Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of OPT EAD, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, and Green Card candidate profiles.
- Experience recruiting IT professionals for US clients or staffing companies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced US staffing environment.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
