Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Sr

Officer - IPQA to ensure in-process quality control at every stage of manufacturing The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring, auditing, and maintaining compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines during the production of cosmetic and oral care products

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct line clearance and in-process checks in manufacturing, filling, and packing areas

Ensure compliance with BMR, BPR, SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements

Perform routine sampling and verification of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods

Monitor critical process parameters and maintain real-time documentation

Report non-conformities and deviations to the QA Manager and ensure timely CAPA implementation

Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse teams for quality-related issues

Participate in internal audits and support external audits (FDA, ISO, etc)

Review batch manufacturing and packing records for final release

Education:

B

Sc

/ M

Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or relevant science stream

Experience:





Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IPQA experience in cosmetic, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality control systems

Familiarity with batch documentation, deviation handling, and SOP writing

Working knowledge of regulatory standards (eg ISO 22716, FDA, AYUSH preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools

Soft Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Effective communication and coordination abilities

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Strong sense of integrity and responsibility
