Ekagra Finserv Pvt. Ltd., based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking a Mis Executive to manage and oversee various functions. The key responsibilities and requirements for this role include:

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Data Management & Reporting: Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including sales, inventory, and operational metrics.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain, update, and ensure the integrity of company databases.
- Automation: Utilize advanced Excel (macros) and other tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
- Dashboard Creation: Create data visualizations and dashboards (using tools like or Excel) for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or Statistics.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is essential.
- Analytical Abilities: Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Typical Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in data management, reporting, or similar roles.
