Position Overview The Sr

Manager Inventory Controller will oversee the end-to-end inventory management process, ensuring optimal stock levels, efficient supply chain operations, and alignment with HCP Wellness s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

This role requires strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to support our manufacturing operations and deliver exceptional products to our partners

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods for production

Process Optimization: Streamline inventory processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution, to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs

Data Analysis & Forecasting: Utilize inventory management software to analyze trends, forecast demand, and generate reports to support production planning and procurement

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure inventory meets HCP Wellness s stringent standards for safety and compliance

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of inventory staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain disruptions

Compliance: Ensure inventory practices comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, sales,



and finance teams to align inventory strategies with business goals and customer needs

Education:

MAny Bachelor s degree

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management software (eg SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP systems)

Advanced knowledge of demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and supply chain analytics

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industries

Expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc) for data analysis and reporting

Familiarity with regulatory requirements (eg GMP, FDA, or ISO standards)

Soft Skills:

Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide a team with empathy and clarity

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address inventory challenges and implement solutions

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate across departments and with external partners

Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities with agility

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in inventory tracking and compliance with quality standards
