Hiring Senior Manager / AGM-Accounts & Finance

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall Accounts & Finance functions of the organization.

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

- Ensure accurate accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.

- Manage working capital, cash-flow planning, and fund requirements.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

- Review tax computations, returns, assessments, and statutory filings.





- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and variance analysis.

- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and accounting processes.

- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.

- Support business decisions through financial analysis, costing, profitability analysis, and forecasting.

- Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Identify process improvements, cost-control opportunities, and financial risks.

- Support management in audits, due diligence, banking arrangements, and other financial projects.
