About the Role

Nifa Infocomp Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to manage logistics, inventory, stock, purchase, procurement, and vendor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day logistics, inventory, warehouse, and stock operations.
- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, physical verification, and reconciliation.
- Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement, including quotations, negotiations, POs, and vendor coordination.
- Identify and manage reliable vendors and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Prepare and maintain inventory, purchase, stock ageing, and logistics MIS.
- Analyse data and prepare management reports using MS Excel.
- Control procurement, logistics, and inventory costs.
- Identify excess, shortage, damaged, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Supervise logistics/warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company processes.




- Drive process improvements and minimize wastage and inventory losses.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Inventory & Stock Management.
- Strong experience in Purchase & Procurement.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Logistics and warehouse operations experience.
- Stock reconciliation and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PG Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement will be an advantage.
