Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 and Intune Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organizations Microsoft 365 and Intune environment. The role includes administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), security, compliance, and user support while ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of the M365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including:

- Exchange Online

- Microsoft Teams

- SharePoint Online

- OneDrive for Business

- Entra ID (Azure AD)

- Intune / Endpoint Management
- Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions.
- Configure and maintain security policies including:

- MFA

- Conditional Access

- DLP

- Defender for Office 365
- Security & Compliance policies
- Monitor M365 service health and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform mailbox migrations and tenant administration tasks.
- Support hybrid environments with on-prem Active Directory and Exchange.
- Manage identity synchronization using Azure AD Connect.
- Configure Teams policies, collaboration settings, and governance.
- Implement backup, retention, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft 365-related incidents and requests.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams during upgrades and incidents.

- Software update management
- Remote actions (wipe, retire, sync, restart)

Advanced Skills (Highly Valued)

- Windows Autopilot White Glove/Pre-provisioning
- Co-management with Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
- Microsoft Defender XDR integration
- Microsoft Graph automation
- Patch management strategy
- Cloud PC and Windows 365 administration

Operating System Knowledge

- Windows 10/11 administration
- Windows security baselines

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
- 5+ Years of experience in Microsoft Intune

- SC-300
- MD-102

- Experience with automation and scripting.
