Experience Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Release Engineering, including 1-2 years leading DevOps or infrastructure initiatives for enterprise-grade projects.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core Web APIs, Angular applications, SQL Server databases, and data migration processes.

- Expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

- Experience automating build, test, release, and deployment across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

- Experience implementing Blue-Green, Rolling, and Canary deployment strategies.

- Strong experience managing Git repositories and implementing GitFlow or Trunk-Based Development branching strategies.

- Experience implementing pull request validation, code review workflows, and merge policies.

- Solid experience automating build and release pipelines for .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and database projects.

- Experience managing build artifacts, package repositories, automated versioning, and release management.

- Expertise in SQL Server database deployments using SSDT, DACPAC, Flyway, Liquibase, or similar tools.

- Experience planning and executing large-scale database migrations, including rollback and recovery strategies.

- Ability to collaborate closely with DBAs and development teams during migration activities.

- Strong experience provisioning infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Hands-on experience configuring and managing Azure or AWS cloud environments.

- Experience implementing environment standardization and automated infrastructure provisioning.





- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

- Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices.

- Experience integrating SAST, DAST, Dependency Scanning, and Secret Scanning into CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience managing application secrets and certificates using Azure Key Vault or similar solutions.

- Experience implementing monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, and application health monitoring.

- Ability to troubleshoot deployment and production issues and establish SLAs, deployment KPIs, and release quality metrics.

- Strong experience with .NET Core 8/9/10, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, IIS, Kestrel, Windows/Linux hosting, Angular 21, Node.js, and NPM.

- Experience optimizing front-end build and deployment automation.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2025, SQL scripting, performance optimization, and data migration strategies.

- Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Container Apps, AKS, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates.

- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, and enterprise release governance.

- Microsoft certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.

- Ability to deliver fully automated CI/CD pipelines, automated SQL deployment pipelines, data migration pipelines, Infrastructure as Code templates, monitoring solutions, release documentation, rollback procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

- Strong ownership mindset with an automation-first approach, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under tight release timelines.

- Curious and adaptable to AI-assisted DevOps tools and evolving automation practices.
