SR HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, stakeholder management, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Leadership Hiring from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker and ATS/HRMS.
- Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand workforce requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness,



offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring closure rate.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify talent availability and salary benchmarks.
- Guide junior recruiters and support the team in achieving hiring targets.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's in human resources, MBA (Any Degree)
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ATS/HRMS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
