Catalydd Engineering & Consulting Services LLP is looking for a Senior HR Generalist who can independently manage complete HR & Administrative operations while acting as a strategic HR partner for one of our prestigious clients.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy taking ownership, creating structured HR processes, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Be Responsible For

✅ Establishing HR systems and organizational structure

✅ Developing and implementing HR policies & SOPs

✅ Managing end-to-end HR Operations (Onboarding to Exit)

✅ Coordinating Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities

✅ Driving Performance Management System (PMS) & KPI Reviews

✅ Employee Engagement & Culture Building

✅ Training & Learning Coordination

✅ HR Compliance & Documentation

✅ Attendance, Payroll Coordination & HRMIS Management

✅ Office Administration & Vendor Coordination

✅ Preparing HR Dashboards, MIS Reports & Business Reports

✅ Daily coordination with Sales,



Quality & Field Teams for attendance, visit plans and operational tracking

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience

✔ Experience managing complete HR operations independently

✔ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance

✔ Experience in Recruitment, PMS, Employee Engagement & HR Operations

✔ Excellent Excel, HRMIS & Reporting skills

✔ Outstanding communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving abilities

✔ High ownership, accountability and client management skills

Preferred Industry Experience

Manufacturing | Engineering | Consulting | Technical Services | Industrial Operations
