Sr. Façade Designer –

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Facade Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, detailing, and coordinating building facades, ensuring aesthetic appeal, technical accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the façade AutoCAD design team for project execution and delivery.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate façade shop drawings, and fabrication drawings
- Develop and maintain drafting standards, workflows, and drawing quality procedures.
- Coordinate with the project manager and Team Lead.
- Monitor drawing progress, submission schedules, revisions, and deliverables to meet project timelines.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of drawings with project specifications, façade standards, and client requirements.
- Handle technical discussions and resolve drawing-related issues during project execution.
- Mentor, train, and guide Junior Designers for improved productivity and technical development.
- Maintain proper documentation, revision records, and drawing control procedures.




- Support AutoCAD/REVIT/INVENTOR/RHINO TEAM coordination activities whenever required.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in façade drafting, detailing, or related field
- Strong experience in façade AutoCAD drafting and team handling.
- Excellent knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitised systems, structural glazing, aluminum systems, ACP cladding, and façade detailing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict submission deadlines.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making abilities.
- Solid communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Valuable understanding of façade workflows, fabrication standards, and international drafting practices.
- Experience in handling UK and US façade projects is preferred.
