Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end inbound logistics operations.
- Knowledge to manger FTWZ operations
- Knowledge to manage the Labelling operation required of Pharmaceutical industry as per LM act
- Manage freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers.
- Manage 3PL Vendors and coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs) / Customs Brokers.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, and operational issues
- Ensure effective coordination between Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, and external logistics, Regulatory Team and Quality partners
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs laws, regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Review shipping bills, bills of entry, invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other regulatory documents for clearance
- Ensure accurate classification, valuation, duty calculation, and timely clearance of shipments.
- Manage freight and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Review freight invoices and ensure accuracy against agreed commercial terms.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and drive corrective actions.

Compliance, Audit & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations,



import/export requirements, and applicable statutory obligations.
- Support internal and external audits related to logistics and customs.
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation for regulatory and audit requirements.
- Identify logistics and customs-related risks and implement appropriate controls.

Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Typically 4–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, Preferably from Pharmaceutical Industry and CHA industry

Required Skills & Competencies

- 4+ years of experience in Brokerage and Customs Clearance Coordination (FTWZ Operations)
- 4+ years of experience in Preparation and Submission of Clearance Documentation for Additional Drug Controller (ADC) Assessment
- 4+ years of experience in Product Labeling Management, including India-Specific Labeling Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Legal Metrology Compliance Validation and Regulatory Adherence
- Direct and Indirect Purchase Order (PO) Creation and Management
- Robust knowledge of logistics and transportation operations
- Strong understanding of customs clearance and import/export processes

Good to Have

- Project and process-management capability
- ERP / Oracle or equivalent system knowledge
