The Position

Organization : - Jubilant Bevco Limited

Designation: - Sr. Executive, Indirect Taxation

Location : - Greater Noida / Noida

Reporting Manager: - Reporting to Manager, Indirect Taxation

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST laws, including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
- Review sales and purchase transactions to ensure correct GST applicability, place of supply, tax rates, HSN/SAC classification, and accounting treatment.
- Reconcile GST returns with books of accounts, e-invoicing, e-way bill data, GSTR-2A/2B, IMS, and financial records.
- Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC), including eligibility review, reconciliation, utilization, and related tax payments.
- Monitor Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) transactions, including issuance of self-invoices, payment vouchers, tax payments, and ITC availment.
- Prepare and validate tax invoices, IRNs, and e-way bills for supply of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate GST records, documentation,



and supporting schedules for statutory and internal requirements.
- Assist in GST audits, assessments, departmental proceedings, and preparation of replies/submissions to tax authorities.
- Identify GST risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement through periodic review of business transactions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards relating to indirect taxation.
- Support automation initiatives and implementation of technology-driven GST compliance processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless GST compliance and resolution of tax-related issues.

The Person Qualification: -

- MBA, M.Com & B.Com with Min. 3-4 years of experience in Indirect Taxation Function

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of GST laws, return filing, reconciliations, and indirect tax compliance.
- Practical experience in handling GST audits, assessments, notices, and litigation support.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance timelines effectively.
