Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of collectors to achieve monthly targets for loan recoveries.
- Conduct field visits to identify potential issues and implement strategies for improving collections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to resolve queries and concerns related to loan repayments.
- Analyze data reports to track performance metrics and optimize collection processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in collections or recovery roles.
- Solid knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and mortgages.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction during field visits.
- Ability to analyze data reports using tools like Excel or similar software.
