Job Overview you will be responsible for building and maintaining sustainable, scalable products and capabilities that enable our advisors to deliver exceptional services to their investors. This role requires expertise in digital-native cloud technologies and leadership in designing, developing, and implementing complex systems and solutions. You will work cross-functionally to ensure engineers successfully implement technology solutions aligned with Enterprise Technology standards using Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Senior memeber of an Agile Product Development team, delivering high-quality technology solutions built with cloud-native technologies.

Manage, mentor, and coach team members with a People First mindset.

Ensure quality across all aspects of software engineering, including continuous integration, code quality, test-driven development, and adherence to target architecture.





Design and develop core services and components using service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architecture.

Implement n-tiered applications that meet reliability, scalability, and supportability requirements.

Apply Enterprise Technology reference architectures, design patterns, and coding best practices.

Ensure team members have the environment, permissions, and tools necessary to execute with velocity.

Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Support teams to design and maintain platforms and integrations.

Recommend application and process improvements; prepare documentation outlining platform roadmaps.

Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems.

Work with QA and DevOps teams to adopt CI/CD toolchains and develop automation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

8+ years of Full Stack Development experience utilizing .NET / .NET Core technologies.

5+ years of experience with advanced JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React).

5+ years designing applications, developing web services (REST/GraphQL), and integrating with vendor APIs.

3+ years of development and design experience using a cloud hosting provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Core Competencies

Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication (technical and non-technical).

Analytical and problem-solving expertise.

Preferences

Strong SQL Server skills (procedures, views, functions).

Experience with Protected or Agile methodologies using JIRA.

Experience with real-time solution monitoring and reporting.

Proven ability to design and implement full-stack solutions using industry best practices.
