Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

- To ensure Preventive maintenance is accomplished and documented in a disciplined manner.
- To maintain machine history cards for all machines equipments.
- To provide uninterrupted Utility services.
- To ensure that all safety equipments are installed and available in operating order.
- Maintain monitor inventories of spares.
- To monitor energy cost and prepare action plan for cost saving.

- To plan for corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures.
- To educate the operators for not changing or interfering with the safety devices.
- To plan for spare parts required for critical machines.

- To maintain the documents related to IATF 16949 QMS.
- To learn and support implement TPM in shop floor.




- To co-operate co-ordinate with internal customers of Maint Dept.
- Any other task entrusted by the HOD.

- Direct Reports: 2-3.

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
- Basic Machine maintenance knowledge
- Knowledge of life cycle of spares
- PM procedure, Breakdown procedure, TBM, CBM, MTTR, MTBF
- IATF /TPM / ems-ohsas

Skills
- PLC/Hydraulic/Pneumatic
- Mechanical part composition knowledge
- TPM

Qualifications

DME /BE

Experience

DME with 06 to 08 or BE with 05 to 07 yrs of Experience in automobile industry
