Job Responsibilities

- Coordinating with commodity group for getting allocation from free stock,
- Deal location material from lower priority job and allocating to higher priority job
- Excess issue to other plants and advising commodity manager to take suitable steps.
- Timely escalating and chasing of critical issues with concerned department
- Assisting construction unit for tracing of items , job offloading and raising SERs for non-traceable items
- Interacting with project warehouse QMD to obtain IBR TCs and assisting construction unit.
- Based on construction unit request and QMD recommendations- raising of MDR and SDR. Further coordinating with various departments for approval and arranging material at construction unit
- Collection verifying and compiling of weekly constraint list received from construction unit and shops analysing material constraints and resolving it





Education Requirement

Necessary

- Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical /Production Engineering
- Exposure to SAP

Experience Requirement

Necessary

- Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 10-12 years of experience
- Diploma in Mechanical /Production Engineering with 19-21 years of experience

Skills &

Competencies

- Depth in Material management process flow like how MTO gets loaded in material management system, receipt of material in warehouse, issue and returning of material takes place from stores
- Depth knowledge of terms used in material management process like BOM/MTO/FMR/MIN/MRN/BTN/Constraint/ Net issue/sap code/DOR
