Role Description The Sr. Executive – Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to strengthen SMU’s brand presence and support business growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Faridabad and involves managing social media channels, website content, and online promotions to generate leads and enhance customer engagement.

The role includes monitoring web analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to digital strategies. The Sr.



Executive – Digital Marketing will collaborate with internal teams to align digital activities with overall marketing objectives, maintain consistent messaging, and ensure timely updates across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan and execute effective digital campaigns.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and engage external audiences.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to create, update, and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track campaign performance, interpret data, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Relevant experience (typically 3–5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B environments.
- Proficiency with common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, SEO/SEM basics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
