Main Responsibilities:

- Deployment of customer specific requirement.
- Gauge identification for new program.
- Measuring equipment identification to meet product requirement.
- APQP gate closer as per program time line.
- Gauge report sign off with as per Program Target & time line.
- Submission of PPAP documents & PSW Sign off as per time.
- Close Coordination with PD/ PM / Mfg to ensure all the issue reported during Builds to be close before SOP.
- Weekly meeting with customer for warranty concerns if any.
- Coordinate with PM / PD/ Mfg and customer for ECN implementation.
- To stop machine if process not running as per requirement.
- Internal AAR approval ( inhouse / supplier parts)
- CAPA Submission to customer.
- To stop dispatch /shipment if not meet as per customer requirement.
- Hold the suspect material / product and shift.
- Deployment of customer requirement for New product.
- Customer PPM as per Target.
- AAR Sign off as per timeline.
- PPAP / PSW Sign off as per time line.
- Effective closer of customer complaint.
- Identification Of Customer Specific Requirement.

EHS

- Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training




- Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls.
- Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies

Quality

- Apply, execute and maintain function related BOS issues.
- In addition to the above mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined

Information Security: policy to ensure the information be protected. Education: BE/B.Tech, Diploma or B-Tech Engineering.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in QA function.

Good to have:

- Work experience on handling automotive products such as IP, Door panel, Console, etc.
- Good understanding for Lean concepts and Layout designing.
- ISO 14000/OSHAS 18001awareness.
- Good problem solving skills and knowhow of problem solving tools like, root cause analysis, 5-why analysis, Error proofing.
- Understanding of APQP & PPAP requirements.
- Knowledge of customer specific requirements for new product development.
- Product and Process Awareness (Specifications, PFMEA ,Control Plan & Reaction Plan, Critical Parameters of Process,)
- Knowledge of IATF, APQP , PPAP,Core tools.
