WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Platforms Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will analyze, evaluate, and support our IT platforms to enhance system performance, ensure reliability, and meet the organization’s technological needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in IT analysis or support, with some familiarity with relevant platforms.

Technical Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in airline reservations, travel technology, GDS, or related domain.
- Hands-on exposure to Sabre, Amadeus, and/or Galileo.
- Basic understanding of airline reservation systems and GDS workflows.
- Knowledge of PNR creation/management, flight availability, booking, ticketing, cancellation, reissue, and refund processes.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.




- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into operational/technical actions.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a support/production environment, including shifts if required.
