Key Responsibilities

- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications.
- Lead frontend technical strategy, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and reusable component libraries.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and global engineering teams.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging frontend technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility compliance.
- Manage the frontend development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, risk assessment, and task prioritization.

Required Skills Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in UI/frontend development.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend design patterns.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.




- Proven experience building large-scale, component-driven enterprise applications.
- Experience designing and maintaining reusable UI component libraries or design systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with globally distributed teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA), Server-Side Rendering (SSR), or Headless CMS.
- Understanding of frontend security best practices and data privacy compliance.
- Experience building high-performance, data-intensive web applications.
- Exposure to the insurance or reinsurance domain is an added advantage.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the frontend community.
