About the Role

Ubuy Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer who can take ownership of Android application development while also leading and managing the Android development team .

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Android development, a good understanding of scalable mobile applications, and proven experience in team leadership and project delivery .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Android development team.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
- Take ownership of end-to-end Android development and releases.
- Review code and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and other teams.
- Troubleshoot performance, stability, and production issues.
- Plan development tasks, estimate timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and industry best practices.





Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in Android development.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java .
- Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Jetpack, REST APIs, and Git .
- Good understanding of Android architecture such as MVVM/MVI/Clean Architecture .
- Experience working with third-party APIs, libraries, and SDKs.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience leading or managing an Android development team .
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Experience with e-commerce applications will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements ? Only Jaipur-based candidates are preferred.
