Job Title: Sr.Accounts Executive

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Reports To: Senior Manager - Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with a CA Inter or CMA qualification or Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting audits, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

l Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledgers, journals, vouchers).

l Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

l Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor and customer accounts.

l Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

l Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes.

l Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.

l Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation.





l Maintain fixed asset register and handle depreciation accounting.

l Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget variance analysis.

l Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required.

l Contribute to process improvements and automation of accounting tasks.

Requirements:

Qualification: CA Inter or ICMA (CMA), Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in core accounting roles.

Skills:

l Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and tax laws.

l Proficiency in Tally Accounting software.

l Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

l Good communication and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
