SQL Server DBAs

Should have minimum 3-4 years of experience with System management

- Backup/Restore
- System monitoring
- Installations
- Software upgrades &
- Patches;. He should be well versed with Design and implement Database and User Security policies, providing database administration services in the following environments: MS SQL Server 2000/2005, Comprehensive knowledge, along with extensive and varied experience in: Log shipping, Configuring Standby Database, etc, He should be a Master in Performance Tuning
- Query Optimization
- Database tuning
- Coding Stored Procedures, Triggers, Complex Views
- Indexes. Should posses proven experience in Database Technologies and ability to Architect/Design/implement database solutions.

You should have Valuable Communication and Client Requirement Gathering Skills. Must have excellent team working skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude.
