Job Title: SQC Cum DQC (Site Quality & Design Quality Coordinator)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented SQC Cum DQC qualified to manage site quality checks and design validation for residential interior projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered with high quality, accuracy, and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site quality checks (SQC) and ensure proper execution as per design.

Validate 2D & 3D drawings with actual site conditions (DQC).

Take accurate site measurements and highlight deviations if any.

Ensure correct placement of furniture, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.

Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and internal teams.

Handle client discussions, approvals, and resolve site-related queries.

Attend customer complaints and perform root cause analysis.

Monitor project timelines,



quality standards, and closures.

Ensure all checklists (electrical, layout, masking, etc.) are followed.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree / Diploma (Civil / Interior / Architecture preferred)

25 years of experience in interior site execution / QC / project coordination

Experience in residential interiors / modular kitchen projects

Knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D & 3D drawings

Strong understanding of site measurements and technical details

Basic knowledge of material billing and quotations
