## Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and outcome-oriented Spoken English and Communication Skills training.
Design comprehensive course curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, assignments, and learning materials.
Create high-quality recorded video lectures and supporting resources for online learners.
Improve learners' grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, articulation, and conversational confidence.
Develop interactive learning activities, role plays, discussions, and real-world communication exercises.
Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, presentations, and feedback sessions.
Mentor students to overcome communication barriers, hesitation, stage fear, and language anxiety.
Provide guidance on pronunciation, voice modulation, business communication,
and accent improvement.
Continuously improve course content based on learner feedback and industry trends.
Collaborate with the DevLane academic team to ensure an exceptional learning experience.

## What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English.
Solid understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, phonetics, and communication skills.
Experience teaching Spoken English, English Communication, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or similar language courses.
Ability to simplify complex language concepts into engaging lessons.
Strong presentation and camera confidence for recording online sessions.
Creative teaching approach with learner-focused methodologies.
Excellent mentoring and interpersonal communication skills.

## Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Spoken English or English Language Training.
